Life can be a lonely journey, I certainly know, I started my career at 14 casually working and then full time from the age of 17 and I had so much to prove, this was reminded to me on a daily basis when co-workers would tell me how lucky I was to have a job just because of my last name. I felt I had to work so much harder to prove to them all that I deserved to be there, that I had ability and I deserved my position because of me not my last name.

Then when I opened my first retail store at 24 years of age I went on to realise just how lonely business can be. I know I did a lot of it wrong because I let fear get in the way of asking questions of people who in hindsight would have been happy to help me, but my fear was the judgement of them thinking, why would you not know that?, why would you have to ask something like that?, you are meant to be a business woman. Simply I did not want to be perceived as dumb. It is amazing what we can create in our own minds that stops us from being the “best us” possible.

I get asked a lot “why did I sell my Business; did I not enjoy it anymore?” I loved my stores so much, but retail was getting harder and when I really looked at what I had learnt through my life, who I was at 24 and who I am now I realised I have so much to give others, I wanted to do something to help other woman step into their power faster than what I did. Be able to help stop some of the mistakes that I made that they may be heading towards, but most importantly to help build that confidence and self esteem to say “I can and I will”. To lose the self-doubt, the fear, the limitations that we put on ourselves daily, that make us focus on the negative and all the reason why we may not succeed.

I now have 2 amazing programs where I help woman on a daily basis to realise their potential and to be prepared to have a go. To look at things differently, to find their strengths and make them even greater and to understand and accept their weaknesses and either manage them into or out of their lives forever. To plan, to goal set, to focus, to be consistent to get what they want from life.

The first is my one on one where we work for 3 months together to make sure you are on the right path looking at health, wealth, confidence, happiness, ideas, relationships, sales, structure, everything that matters in business and life.

And then my passion project that I stated in February this year called the TM Vault, this is a group mentoring program run through a private Facebook page and a website login. Basically, how it works is we talk about different topics on a weekly basis. The gold here is that everyone shares their journey around these topics and their own personal learnings in this area. What then happens is gold because there are thoughts shared that give you different perspectives and ways to look at life and situations that will help you to handle everything that comes your way so much better. There are so many reason why we deserve to be the best we can be, but the overall is we only have one life, and we do deserve to live it at our best, but that takes work and understanding, so let’s do that together in a safe and powerful environment where there are so many amazing women all helping each other. I love what has been created in the TM Vault and at $59.95 per month the feedback I have received so far, just gives me Goosebumps, the lives and mindsets that have already been changed for the better. You know alone we still achieve there is no doubt about that but together we can achieve so much more, faster and with fun and support that empowers us to want even more for ourselves and those we love.
