It feels like deja vu, thinking long and hard again before deciding to go ahead with our fourth annual conference as there is still a lot of uncertainty around events, restrictions and numbers BUT many are craving inspiration, learning and development to get back on track and one thing we know for sure is that there is light at the end of the tunnel and we want to be able to race into 2022 with open arms and renewed vigour. After more than eighteen months of upheaval and change, many of us need a reason, a push or a prod to have the courage to STEP UP! and embrace all of the opportunities that will come with our 'new normal' and I for one know that these things are easier when we all do this together!

A wise person once said (spoken at one of our previous conferences) that she invested 10% of her annual income into her own professional and personal development and this is attitude is more important than ever... NOW is the time to either STEP UP! and look to an exciting future or risk getting left behind as the world re-emerges. I know what group I want to be a part of!

So with that all said, it is with great excitement that we release our fourth SHINE Business Women's Conference, which is being held on Fri 22nd October 2021 at the Mercure Sunshine Coast, Kawana Waters at Birtinya.

We shall be hosting a full day conference filled with incredible speakers focusing on a number of topics showcasing local talent and global speakers.
